GettyWHAT LOTHAR MATTHAUS SAID
Bayern legend Lothar Matthaus has said in his column for : “Kane has declared the rule that a player is suspended after five yellow cards is crazy, pointing out that in England, yellow cards are erased after the first half of the season. But Kane plays in Germany, and we have other, bigger problems in the Bundesliga than adopting a system from England. We can be happy with our system, and we also have to protect our referees.
“Kane won't be allowed to play next Saturday, but he'll still win his first major title. Perhaps Bayern lose in Leipzig and Leverkusen win, then Munich can clinch the title at home against Monchengladbach, and Kane could be back in contention.”
