Bayern Munich boss Vincent Kompany lavished praise on Harry Kane after he scored a brace against Union Berlin to fire his side to a 3-0 victory.

In a resounding 3-0 victory against Union Berlin, Bayern frontman Kane showcased his prolific scoring prowess with two goals. With 11 goals to his name this season in the Bundesliga, Kane now leads the Golden Boot race. His overall German top-flight record, spanning just 41 appearances, is an astonishing 47 goals and 13 assists, underscoring his efficiency and consistency since joining Bayern.

Kompany did not shy away from expressing his admiration for Kane following the Union Berlin match. The Belgian coach highlighted the relentless work ethic he sees every day in Sabener Strasse which has helped Kane reap the rewards on matchdays.
"I see a lot of practice. When he gets behind the ball and shoots I can recognise something he is practising many many days in training," he said.
Kompany also pointed to the synergy within the Bayern squad, emphasising that a team effort is required to create opportunities that Kane can capitalise on.
He added: "But of course, it takes a team to create the situations and it takes a player like him to be confident and he has done it so many times for Bayern Munich and that's something that adds a lot of value to us of course."
