United struggled for playing time at United towards the end of Erik ten Hag's reign, but was dropped altogether shortly after Amorim took charge in November. The 27-year-old has thrived since joining Aston Villa in January and his four goals and six assists have sparked reports he could sign a permanent deal with the Birmingham club.

The England international is delaying a final decision on his future, however. reports that Rashford is open to continuing at Old Trafford, but also adds that he fears he will not be able to claw his way back into Amorim's team.
