Fabrizio Romano has confirmed Leeds United’s move for Feyenoord winger Luis Sinisterra, with just ‘documents pending’ before a transfer is announced.
The Lowdown: Adams to sign
The Whites have been hard at work over recent days, looking to bolster Jesse Marsch’s squad even further after already making four signings.
RB Leipzig midfielder Tyler Adams was due to fly to England on Tuesday to undergo a medical ahead of a £20m transfer. The USA international has worked under Marsch twice before at New York Red Bulls and Leipzig and looks set to replace Kalvin Phillips at Elland Road, and it seems as if Victor Orta is closing in on yet another big-money deal.
The Latest: Sinisterra also
Romano took to Twitter in the early hours of Wednesday morning to provide an update on Sinisterra.
He said a deal is confirmed and that Feyenoord will receive €25m (£21.4m) with add-ons, adding that it is just ‘documents pending’ before a transfer can be announced.

The Verdict: Busy week
Orta seemingly wanted to get deals finalised for the pair ahead of Leeds’ trip to Australia, and it looks as if he will do just that.
Adams will replace Phillips, whereas Sinisterra could take Raphinha’s spot, with the Brazilian heavily linked with an exit.
Sinisterra enjoyed a brilliant 2021/22 campaign in the Netherlands, contributing to 49 appearances, so hopefully, he’ll have the same immediate impact as Raphinha did at Elland Road, and fingers crossed the Colombian and Adams will be on the plane to Australia.
